These terms cover use of the Drishti AI website. The commercial relationship between Drishti AI and a factory using our product is governed by the separate agreement signed with that customer, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

You may browse this site and use the information on it to evaluate our product. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or copy it wholesale for a competing service.

We describe our product as accurately as we can, including marking capabilities that are still under development. Descriptions here are for information and do not by themselves form a contract or a guarantee of specific results in your factory.

What our system can detect depends on your camera coverage, angles, and site conditions. We assess this during a site visit before quoting.

• Drishti AI is a monitoring and information tool. It reports what it observes so owners can make their own decisions.
• It is not a substitute for statutory safety systems, insurance, or a supervisor.
• Detection is highly accurate but not infallible, and we do not warrant that every event will be detected in every condition.

The Drishti AI name, logo, software, models, and the content of this site belong to Drishti AI. Data generated from your own factory belongs to you.

To the extent permitted by law, Drishti AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability relating to the product itself is set out in the customer agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kishangarh, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
