Drishti AI provides camera-based monitoring software for factories, operating from Kishangarh, Rajasthan, India. This policy explains what information we handle, why we handle it, and what choices you have.

From visitors to this website, we collect very little. We do not ask you to create an account to browse, and we do not run advertising trackers.

• Contact details you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, or email, when you message us or request a demo.
• Basic analytics about site usage, such as which pages were viewed and roughly where in the world the visit came from. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

From factories that use our product, we handle operational data generated inside the factory, described in the next section.

This is the part that matters most to our customers, so we want to be direct about it.

• Raw video footage does not leave your factory. All AI processing happens on a device installed on your premises.
• What is transmitted to our servers is operational metadata: machine status, timestamps of events such as stops and starts, uptime and downtime figures, and event snapshots where a module requires them, for example a security alert image or a slab photograph.
• This data is used to power the owner app, generate reports, and support and improve the service for that factory.
• Access is restricted to the users the factory owner authorises, and to Drishti AI staff who need it to operate or support the system.

The factory owner controls their own data. If you want an export or deletion of your factory data, contact us and we will arrange it.

• To deliver the monitoring service and the owner app.
• To respond to enquiries and arrange demonstrations.
• To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the accuracy of our detection models.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share factory data with other customers.

We use a small number of third parties to run the service, including cloud hosting and web analytics providers. They process data on our instructions and only for the purposes described here.

Operational data is retained for as long as it is useful to the factory owner and for as long as the subscription is active, after which it can be exported or deleted on request. Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to serve the relationship.

We use access controls, authentication, and encrypted connections to protect data in transit and at rest. Keeping raw footage on site rather than in the cloud is itself a deliberate security decision.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected customers promptly if we become aware of a breach that affects their data.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated directly.
